The range of architectural services we provide: concept design, development/design application, and working/construction drawings set.

Starting from the concept design, we connect the idea with local building codes and other local regulations, thus, any project becomes viable from the beginning. Combining the architectural creativity and local design requirements, even a concept design stage can already indicate the approximate costing and feasibility estimate. As a conclusion, already in the pre-design stage, a client gets practically elaborated project model and set of drawings for the next detailed design phases.

*Submissions to local authorities (Council, building surveyor/certifier, Building Department etc.) will need to be signed by local registered/ licensed architects.

We can develop as complete project from pre-design to construction documentation as any stage of the project separately.
